Training in Iraq

This December Dr. Bruce Carpenter, Extension Livestock Specialist and I will be traveling to Erbil, Iraq to conduct training for over 30 Iraqi Extension Agents and Agriculture Trainers.  My daughter, Kate has arranged this as a part of her job as IAER Coordinator and she will be traveling with us. Bruce and I will be going through a variety of subjects related to animal production centering around ruminants.  I will be teaching improved forage production and dairy production.  We will have a couple of days of tours where we will actually see and discuss Iraqi production on farms.
